A structured year-long facilitated program designed to provide support, mentorship, and guidance specifically to principals in a small-group setting of peers.

Join the 2026-2027 Principal Cohort
This fall, we will launch our pilot Principal Cohort program with 12 selected school leaders. Together, these principals will co-create a vision for what our schools can become.
We've spent the last two years piloting a new model for training and supporting school principals. Now, this select group of leaders who all share the belief that education is more than just testing, accountability, and competition, will participate in the pilot cohort of our program.
