You got into this work to make a difference.
We built this for you.
We're here to help you build the kind of school where everyone — students, teachers, and you — can truly flourish. Not by piling on more. By seeing differently, together.
Does this sound familiar?
-
You feel called to lead differently, but aren't sure where to start.
-
You're tired of going it alone in a role that can feel profoundly isolating.
-
You believe culture is the work – not a side project.
-
You're ready to invest in your own growth as a leader.
You don’t have to go it alone.
Join a collaborative, supportive network of like-minded peers to support you on your journey.
Three ways we support you.
Programs that work towards a shared mission of school flourishing.
-

Professional Association
A different kind of intentional membership community built for school leaders to connect, network, share, and build mutual support to realize school flourishing. Tiered membership provides the level of access right for you.
-

Principal Cohort
A structured year-long facilitated program designed to provide support, mentorship, and guidance specifically to principals in a small-group setting of peers.
-

Ecological Mindfulness
A suite of professional development opportunities, trainings, and evidence-based classroom curricula designed to help schools integrate mindfulness into their institutional fabric.
“Excellence does not mean being better than someone else. It means becoming fully who you are capable of becoming, while helping others do the same.”
Become A Foundational Member
This Spring, we will open registration to join the MFS Association, an intentional membership community. Those who join will have an opportunity to apply for our pilot Principal Cohort launching in the fall of 2026. Together, these principals will co-create a vision for what our schools can become.
We've spent the last two years piloting a new model for training and supporting school principals. We're now seeking a select group of leaders who believe education is more than just testing, accountability, and competition, but who feel overwhelmed and frustrated by the current system.
If you are a school leader who sees a better path but needs assistance getting there, we want to connect with you.
